Wedding and Event Policies and Rates
PAYMENT POLICIES
A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your date. The deposit will be applied to your wedding flower bill and is non-refundable upon cancellation.
The first payment is due three weeks prior to your wedding date in the amount of 1/2 of your quote, along with all final numbers for centerpieces, corsages, boutonnierees, etc.
Final payment is due on Monday the week of the wedding.
RENTAL ITEM POLICIES
A rental check out sheet will be filled out, listing all rental items, with a copy provided to the renter.
A credit card number is required on rental check out sheet.
Renters are responsible for all rented items while they are in their possession.
All rental items should be returned as received, in good condition and clean.
An hourly rate of $35.00 will be charged for repairs and cleaning to returned rental items.
Renters will be charged for the items not returned or broken.
DELIVERY AND LABOR RATES
Delivery, set up and tear down is available.
Delivery is based on $35.00 per hour, with a minimum of $25.00 for wedding and party delivery
Set up charges are $60.00 per hour for an experienced Floral Designer and $25.00 per hour for a helper. A Designer will be sent with every set-up. Most set ups require at least two people.
Tear down is based on $35.00 per hour, per person including travel time
